As relatively new to the post, Ella has a particular interest in pre-admission clinic and how we can improve structure, preparation and patient flow. Ella has also taken on the role as lead for home monitoring, trying to improve our communication with our community children nursing teams, providing support and regular contact.
Current role and experience
Ella is currently working with the cardiac nursing team on a year’s secondment for maternity cover. She previously worked as a staff nurse on the children’s cardiac ward.
Interests outside of work
Ella enjoys going on long dog walks and finding new places to explore. She also enjoys cooking and socialising with friends and family.
